In 3D Bowling, you try to get the highest score possible by rolling a bowling ball and knocking down pins at the end of the lane. Standard bowling scoring applies.
You get a choice between a quick game (5 frames) or a standard game (10 frames). You can also choose whether to bowl by yourself or against the computer, and you can choose the computer's skill level.

How to Play 3D Bowling Game
To roll the bowling ball, click it and hold, then move the ball forward and release the mouse button to let the ball go. For touch screens, just tap, pull back, move forward and release.
You can put "spin" on the ball by clicking and dragging rapidly while the ball is rolling, or tapping and sliding on mobile devices.
Tips and Tricks
Generally, it's best to aim just to the left or right of the front pin. I've found that starting toward the number two or number three pin and then moving toward the front pin will produce the best results (i.e., more strikes).
I recommend trying the game solo before working against the computer. That way, you get more rolls in while not having to wait for the computer to take its turn.
3D Bowling Review
As bowling games go, this one's not bad. It took me a few tries to figure out how to put spin on the ball, but after that, it wasn't too difficult. The pin action is a little unrealistic, with the pins sometimes standing after the ball hits them, and pins sometimes not bouncing the way they would in real life. Still, it's pretty fun, and I've managed to score as high as 268! (No, really - I got it on my mobile.)

It would be nice if you could turn off the music but leave the sound effects on, but that's just a minor gripe.
